The annual “Ride For The Guard” is a benefit ride for the

Vermont Military Assistance Fund. This non-profit fund

was established in 1991 to assist those families with

mobilized active duty members during Desert Storm.

The Fund was revived in 2003 for the purpose of providing emergency financial assistance to activated National Guard members and their families. This important event is our way of supporting Vermont National Guard Families facing the many financial concerns of active service.

With the war in Iraq surpassing WWll in length and 1800

friends, relatives, neighbors facing deployment,

more then ever we need to show our support. Please pass the word and come show your thanks.
